Lea Esmaili trasforma Ashnikko in un Bianconiglio la cui tana è un museo di bigiotteria e souvenir (“trinkets”, appunto), pieno di feticci e feticismo, quindi forse meglio un museo della bulimia sessuale (in questo senso le lyrics non lasciano molto all’immaginazione). Trinkets è un video che potremmo definire hyper-stratificato, puro massimalismo; un aggiornamento acido e digitale dell’estetica Y2K e un vero e proprio compendio di tecniche di animazione.
