Continua il percorso revival delle sonorità e dell’estetica caramellosa degli anni 2000 di Beabadoobee, che abbandona le chitarre di Talk e in Sunny Day si concentra totalmente sul dream pop con una spolverata di rap. Non a caso, nel video, la cantante filippina naturalizzata britannica si risveglia nella sua cameretta posta nel bel mezzo di un bosco fatato pieno di funghi e animaletti (compresa una rana che suona la chitarra), il tutto immerso in un’atmosfera sognante dominata da grandangoli ed effetti speciali stilisticamente (e volutamente) poveri.
